DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives are a key focus at 69蹤獲, and we believe that an inclusive and diverse workplace draws on the experiences, backgrounds, and opinions of all our people.
With a global workforce of more than 2,000 employees across 28 offices, our vision is to create a workplace where individuals can truly bring their authentic selves. We firmly believe that our differences make us stronger, and by embracing diversity, we drive innovation and excellence in everything we do.

Our vision is to establish a workplace that celebrates and respects all Adenzians, regardless of their diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and talents. We are committed to ensuring equal opportunities for growth and advancement and aspire to foster a culture of inclusion where every voice is heard and valued.
Leadership Statement
We provide resources and training to help employees better understand and embrace ESG principles, fostering a culture of responsibility. In September, we made it mandatory for all employees to complete training on “The ESG Framework: Promising Workplace Practices.“

DE&I Initiatives
Employee Resource Groups
We believe that an inclusive and diverse workplace draws on the experiences, backgrounds, and opinions of all our people. One of the ways in which we foster an inclusive environment is through Employee Resource Groups. These ERGs, led by employees on a voluntary basis, are instrumental in creating an inclusive workplace that aligns with our mission, values, and overall employee experience.
We take pride in supporting three Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) dedicated to acquiring, engaging, and developing diverse talent within the organization.
Women ERG @ 69蹤獲
At 69蹤獲, we are passionate about creating a workplace where women can thrive, excel and lead. Our Women Employee Resource Group is a community of dedicated individuals with the aim of enhancing the recruitment, retention, promotion, and professional development of female professionals. We achieve this by implementing programs that encourage greater interaction among peers and engagement within the broader community.
What We Do
Networking and Support
We host regular events, workshops, and mentoring programs to support the personal and professional development of Adenzians.
In March 2023, we organized a masterclass titled Understanding & Curbing Unconscious Bias as part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. Additionally, we hosted a podcast moderated by Sudha Singh, featuring our Executive Management Team (EMT) members, including Karoline Raets, Chief People Officer, and Laurent Jacquemin, Chief Customer Officer.
In July 2023, we established a Mentor-Mentee Club which aims to create a supportive environment where employees can gain valuable insights, enhance their skills, and build strong professional relationships.

Pride@69蹤獲
Our Pride ERG advocates a work environment that respects, welcomes, and supports LGBTQIA+ people and allies. With the launch of this ERG, we aim to raise awareness for LGBTQ+ rights and drive a culture of inclusivity at 69蹤獲.
What We Do
Networking and Support
We orchestrate events, workshops, and mentoring programs to foster the personal and professional development of Adenzians.
To mark Pride Month on June 9th, we hosted a virtual storytelling event, inviting Adenzians to openly share their personal experiences and stories.

ESG@69蹤獲
With a shared passion for sustainability and social responsibility, we launched ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Employee Resource Group to bring together like-minded individuals from 69蹤獲 and to drive positive change within our company and beyond.
The primary objective of this group is to enhance awareness of ESG matters and deepen understanding of the impacts of climate change.
What We Do
Sustainability Initiatives
We organize events, initiatives, and educational programs to raise awareness and promote sustainable practices in our workplace.
September 14 is marked as an ESG day@69蹤獲, a day dedicated to promoting awareness and action towards environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate governance. This year, we celebrated this day with location-specific community causes events such as tree planting, supporting local charities, fund raising, etc. In addition to this, we hosted a virtual global ESG meeting that united team members from across the globe. This meeting was designed to facilitate in-depth discussions on the significance of ESG practices, the positive impact we can achieve, and the exchange of best practices across different regions.
In our dedication to promoting sustainability, reducing our carbon footprint, and enhancing operational efficiency, we have undertaken a range of initiatives such as recycling waste, reducing energy consumption etc.
Additionally, we established partnerships with NGOs such as Door Step School in Mumbai, Sri Arunodayam in Chennai, and TARA Sofosh Dhadphale Centre in Pune to facilitate donation activities.
Ethical Governance
We advocate for ethical decision-making and transparent governance throughout the organization. Our goal is to uphold the highest standards of integrity. We value the opportunity to be evaluated by ESG rating agencies, such as Ecovadis.
